- Free Ground Shipping: Included for all orders within the lower 48 states (continental United States).
- Delivery Timeline: Shipping times typically range from 3 to 5 business days once the carrier receives the package.
3. Carriers & Tracking
To ensure the most reliable delivery, we select the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar) based on destination and logistics.
- Carrier Selection: We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier for free ground shipping.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
4. International Orders

5. Address Accuracy & Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and deliverable.
- Errors: Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or non-delivery.
- Additional Fees: The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees or return-to-sender charges incurred due to address errors.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
While we partner with reliable carriers, certain circumstances are beyond our control.
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
- Lost/Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@redpointvanture.com. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist with a carrier claim.
